Domains are registered as soon as you order them, however it can take between 24 and 72 hours for them to become visible on the Internet.

Can I buy a domain name, but not buy web hosting?

Yes, you do not have to buy the web hosting when you buy a domain name.

How can I pay for my web hosting account or domain name?

For web hosting accounts our preferred payment method is by direct debit and our pricing policy reflects this, we also accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron and American Express.

We regret that we do not accept cheque, postal orders, standing orders or cash.

Can I have a free trial of a web hosting account?

All of our web hosting accounts offer a no fuss 30 day money back guarantee so if you don't like your accounts simply let us know. Please note that this offer excludes domain name fees.
